Adding Estimations and Measurements to Contacts

1. Accessing Estimations

   • Click on the organization or contact.

   • Look for the "estimations" tab on the left-hand side.

2. Adding Floor Plans and Layouts

   • Add new floor plans and layouts.

   • Example: One bedroom, one bath with carpet throughout.

3. Adding Multiple Layouts

   • Add additional layouts (e.g., one bedroom, one bath with vinyl).

4. Adding Order Lines

   • Click on the order lines tab within the carpet layout.

   • Add estimations or measurements to the order lines.

5. Association with Contact

   • The estimations and measurements added will remain associated with the contact at all times.
