Change Product on Order Lines when PT is unassigned

  1. Identify Unassigned Pick Ticket:

    • Click on the pick ticket to ensure the product is unassigned.

  2. Select New Product:

    • Locate the original product (e.g., orange carpet) in the sales order.

    • Decide on the new product to replace the original one (e.g., vinyl stone).

  3. Apply Changes:

    • Change the product from orange carpet to vinyl stone in the sales order.

    • Apply the changes to update the product selection.

  4. Verify Changes:

    • Return to the overview section.

    • Access the pick ticket and refresh the page.

  5. Confirmation:

    • Check that the product in the pick ticket has successfully changed from orange carpet to vinyl stone.
