Change a Product when PT is assigned

  1. Identify the original order line: Check the assigned products in the pick ticket to see what needs to be changed (e.g., Rebond Pad and Vinylstone).

  2. Access the sales order: Navigate to the sales order and locate the order lines section.

  3. Modify the product: Change the product you want to replace (e.g., Vinylstone) with the desired product (e.g., Basic Plank).

  4. Apply changes: Save the modifications made to the order line.

  5. Review the changes: Return to the sales order overview and refresh the page to see the updated information.

  6. Verify the pick ticket status: Confirm that the pick ticket is now marked as Unassigned due to the product change.

  7. Double-check product assignment: Ensure that the new product (e.g., Plank Basic) is now unassigned in the pick ticket.
