How to add a note about a specific floor plan that will appear on every work order for the floor plan

  1. Accessing the Estimations Tab

    • Click on the estimations tab underneath the contact.

  2. Selecting the Floor Plan/Layout

    • Choose the specific floor plan or layout where you want to add notes.

  3. Adding Notes

    • In the left-hand corner, click on layout info.

    • Then, click on the notes section.

    • Add the relevant notes that you want to include.

  4. Saving the Notes

    • Save the notes after adding them.

    • These notes will now appear on every work order related to this floor plan.

  5. Utilizing the Notes

    • Whenever you create a quotation or a sales order for this estimation, the notes will automatically show up on the work order.
