How to add/change Roll cuts when PT is unassigned

 

Objective:

To add or change roll cuts for unassigned pick tickets efficiently and accurately.

Key Steps:

  1. Click on the pick ticket to check if any cuts are missing.

  2. If cuts are missing, go to the sales order order lines.

  3. Click on the scissors icon to add the necessary cuts.

  4. Return to the Overview tab, check the pick ticket, and refresh it to ensure the cuts are now included.

  5. To change roll cuts due to an error, go back to the Sales Order, Order Lines.

  6. Click on the cuts you want to change, then remove (X out) the undesired cut.

  7. Save the changes, return to the Overview tab, and verify that the cuts have been successfully updated.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Double-check the cuts added or changed to avoid errors in the pick ticket.

  • Ensure that all changes are saved before refreshing the pick ticket.
