How to create a Sales Order

1. Accessing the Sales Order Creation Page

   • Navigate to the customer profile.

   • Select a floor plan and layout or create a sales order from scratch.

2. Creating a Sales Order

   • Option 1: Create a sales order from scratch.

     • Allows adding order lines manually.

   • Option 2: Create a sales order from estimates.

     • Automatically pulls in order lines associated with the estimates.

3. Viewing Order Lines

   • Access the order lines associated with the layout and floor plan.

4. Alternative Methods for Creating Sales Orders

   • Click on the customer profile and create an offer in the right-hand corner.

   • Access the estimations tab, select the floor plan and layout, and create a quotation that can be converted into a sales order.
