      How to download Quotation PDF and send manually

      1. Prepare the Necessary Information

        • Ensure you have all the required details for the quote ready.

      2. Preview and Download Quote

        • Click on "Preview Quote" and then on "Download PDF".

        • Save the PDF file to your local storage.

      3. Send Quote via Email

        • Open your email account.

        • Compose an email to your customer.

        • Attach the saved PDF file containing the quote.

        • Send the email with the quote and additional information.

      4. Return to KuduPro

        • Go back to KuduPro after sending the email.

        • Click on "Return to Editing".

      5. Convert Quote to Sales Order

        • Click on the three dots and select "Send".

        • This action will convert the quote into a sales order.
