How to add an Estimate to a Contact

  1. Accessing the Contact Information

    • Click on Contacts.

    • Select the specific contact or organization.

  2. Navigating to Estimations

    • Click on Estimations within the contact's profile.

  3. Adding a New Layout

    • Choose the type of floor plan or level.

    • Add a new layout if needed (e.g., studio apartment).

  4. Adding Order Lines

    • Click on the selected layout.

    • Add order lines for services and materials.

      • Use CTL for catalog items.

      • Include service items like installation.

  5. Associating the Layout with the Contact

    • Apply changes to link the layout to the contact.

    • The estimate or measurement is now associated with the contact for reference.
