      1. Fill in Required Information

        • Ensure all necessary details are entered into the quotation on Kudu.

      2. Preview Quotation

        • Click on "preview quotation" to review the document.

      3. Send via Email

        • Click on "Send via Email" to send the Quotation PDF to the customer's email
