Creating a Quotation

Ways to create a quotation:

Hover over the left side panel, click create new, create a quotation.

Go to the contact, click on the estimate to create a quotation for.

Double-check order lines (materials, services).

Select service location and apply changes.

Preview the quotation and send it to the customer.

Sending the Quotation
-
Download the quotation as a PDF.

Send the email with the quotation attached.

Check the status change from draft to sent.

Converting to Sales Order
-
Customer confirms the quotation.
-
Convert to a sales order by clicking the button.
-
Create a sales order with all information from the quotation populated.
-
Confirm installation date and apply changes.

Confirming the Sales Order
-
Once installation date is confirmed, confirm the sales order.
-
Confirmation generates a work order and a pick ticket.
